We Are Hiring Experienced Outdoor Educators!

At Free To Bloom, we believe education should be rooted in joy, connection, and curiosity. Our nature-based homeschool collective serves children ages 4–11 in a supportive, drop-off learning environment where they are free to explore, ask questions, and grow—academically and as whole humans.

We're currently looking for educators who are inspired by the outdoors, grounded in child-led learning, and passionate about creating meaningful experiences that blend core academics with real-life discovery.
